Buildings with a radiator based system especially benefit from the uniqueness of the Kool-Fire system. It is now possible to get complete central air-conditioning without the expense and mess of installing ductwork.

Our on-site photographs give just a small sample of the possibilities that are available from our unique heating and cooling designs.

Residential Photos

This home was previously heated with all electric heat. The home has a completely finished basement and, ductwork would have ruined the interior of the home. Our outdoor high efficiency combination gas fired heating and air conditioning system provides unobtrusively through the outside wall individual room controlled cooling or heating. This in addition to a centrally located heating and colling thermostat. [Please note the small round tubes that match the bricks]

Heating and cooling wall units are being installed between 16" centers. Fans and grills are installed after wall has been finished, giving complete comfort control.
No duct work required. Units are easy to mount and require only small copper tubing to accommodate your heating cooling needs.
Finished product. Wall vent looks much the same as a standard heating grate. However, with the *Kool-Fire System*, you can customize the amount of heating/cooling to each room.

This building was Ford Motor Company's first headquarters in Canada (Toronto, Ontario). The building has been changed to multiple offices with different heating/cooling requirements per office. *Kool-Fire* provides simultaneous heating and cooling.

This adapter kit can be used with any storage tank to provide potable hot water. This exchanger has a very low pressure drop and rapid recovery. The system performs extremely well for heating pool water and other applications. Output is controlled to prevent condensation.
This system was installed with a Kool-Fire Ductless heating and cooling unit

This is one of our high efficiency 12.5 ton cooling with integral 300,000 M.B.H. heating units providing comfort to 21 cabins located on 2 acres of land.

Each beautifully remodeled cabin has its own temperature control to maintain guest comfort.

The main unit knows when to switch from heating to cooling but, has an override.

This 100% thermally efficient gas fired indoor/outdoor hot fluid generator test unit features:
