Stand-Alone Hot Fluid Generator Operation and Specification

The hot fluid generator is designed for outdoor operation and certified to -400F (-400C).

Its capabilities and uses vary greatly and eliminate the need for chimney or venting. There is no possibility of indoor CO contamination.

The hot fluid generator's burners produce no carbon monoxide, making it not only extremely efficient (88.4% or 97% before fuel moisture content adjustment), but also environmentally friendly.

The hot fluid generators range from 60 to 300 MBH, with single or two-stage controls, and have a wide range of applications:
  1. Space heating
  2. Make up air (Pool-Commercial etc.)
  3. Pool/Hot tub water heating
  4. Greenhouse heating (move greenhouse to greenhouse if required)
  5. Potable hot water heating or booster applications
  6. Melting driveway snow
  7. In-floor heating
All functions can be done singularly or simultaneously by using Kool-Fire adapter kits.

Units can be stacked and staged to produce required heating capacity, thus allowing excellent control to maintain a very high efficiency.

Major components are on slide tracks for easy access and service, and most can be purchased locally.

There is no component in the hot fluid generator that cannot be replaced in less than 15 minutes, and low-budget maintenance doesn't require specially skilled personnel which minimizes costly down time.

All hot fluid generators are extremely quiet, have a low profile design and are impervious to wind, snow, rain or cold.
